Link between the University and Training Centers and the Improvement of Skills in Strategic Sectors

Abstract

The improvement of professionals and non-professionals in strategic sectors developed by the Postgraduate Department. The aim is to improve Higher Education and the link between the university and society, especially with the productive sectors, in order to influence the development of the transformative capacities of professionals and non-professionals, particularly with the Construction Training Center in Santiago de Cuba. Using research methods and techniques, both at the theoretical and empirical level, the preparation of the teachers of this center and the understanding of the process of professional improvement and training of operators and technicians were strengthened. The improvement influenced a greater reach and permanence of the beneficiaries.
