Abstract

The pedagogic experience that show up is been of the project "Turquino", with the same one it is sought to socialize the conceptions theoretical practice of the methodological rules for the mediation in school conflicts, as essential contents to incorporate in the primary teacher's educational practice. Methods like the survey were used, the interview, the documental analysis, among other that allowed to value that 94% of the selected sample achieved the systematizing of the conditions, requirements and premises declared as methodological rules to carry out the mediation in the school conflicts, what allow to elevate the quality of the educational work of the teachers of the primary education.
