Abstract

To motivation and educational guidance they are an important aspect for learning; aims to achieve greater learner interest in its activities through the reward or encouragement of what it means to study, these results can be obtained by observing the behavior of the learner through a qualitative or quantitative method.
The investigation has revealed the different motivational factors of nursing students to enter careers in higher education. The highest percentage of students believes that the motivational factor is the most influential self-confidence, has a motivation to study, so that in the future it can play its high-quality work; have vocation to study, admitted after a leveling process to higher education; judges that the student population has increased for various reasons among which connotes vocation, viability in income and career promotion
