Abstract

Talking about quality, in contemporary educational systems, necessarily implies the presence of a school culture, whose general framework is, in the Cuban case, the very conception of integral general culture. The school culture in Cuba has a relative antiquity both from the professional angle, as from the everyday.
The understanding of this particular has led today, to the need to claim a theoretical-reflective space of greater scope where the sciences of education occupy, a fortiori, a space capable of generating explanations and solutions to difficulties and problems that arise in the formation of man in his relationship with his own social and environmental environment through the educational teaching process and the whole system of influences that emerges from these interactions and that also make up the phenomenon of school culture that as a result generates cultural products whose Main objectives are aimed at the own development and human growth.
