Abstract

This article addresses some considerations about the conformation of the life project for our students in the universities and the role of the teacher in educational and psycho pedagogical orientation for such purposes. Conceived the Life Project as a non-transferable personal act that compromises our being and doing to give us an opportunity to express ourselves socially throughout our existence as constructive, participatory and linked to the best of the social and human ideals that congregate us during the socio-historical stage that we live. The bases for its construction are analyzed from different authors as well as the elements that should be considered, in our opinion, in the orientations that the professors give to their students. Some guidelines are suggested with which the teacher from his guiding role can access a much more efficient guide to such a complex process as it is to project life into the future from the present. It is the intention of the authors to socialize some theoretical elements in which they deepen from the educational and psycho pedagogical orientation of the conformation of the life project in the process of training students of pedagogical careers and that they make possible, through the proposal of guidelines for its implementation, the understanding of them for its practical application by university professors.

Profesora Auxiliar en la Universidad de Oriente. Máster en Planeamiento, Administración y Supervisión de Sistemas Educativos. Se desempeña como profesora principal de Psicología y profesora de esta asignatura del departamento Disciplina Formación Pedagógica General en la formación inicial y permanente del profesional de la educación en diferentes carreras. Tiene 32 años de experiencia en la Educación Superior, diversos eventos nacionales e internacionales y tiene publicaciones de investigaciones relacionadas con el área pedagógica y de desarrollo local sostenible y medio ambiente y salud escolar.
