Abstract
Latin American countries pushed during the eighties and nineties, a series of changes that led to a more favorable current educational scenario. Most programs to improve the quality and equity in Latin America included: creating incentives and professional development programs for teachers. Attached to it and as an important part of the change, policies relating to teachers, covering all their lives in the practice were adopted. In correspondence to the above and in response to the new demands today have our educational system, they are required to teachers skills, competencies and increasingly complex commitments, so this study focuses on the pedagogical shortcomings of the teaching staff of the Institute Higher Technological Bolivarian Technology and teacher training model according to the specific technical characteristics and technological education in order to raise the quality of education is presented by improving the training of teachers and their Eprofessional development competent.
